Pricing Policies

While we try to ensure accuracy, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions, and to cancel or refuse to accept any order based on an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made even after an order is accepted and even paid. Refused orders will be reimbursed promptly.

We reserve the right to put items on sale and back to regular prices arbitrarily. We do not issue refunds in case items are purchased at regular price and later on are published at discounted price. We do not match prices with other vendors and reserve the right to set our prices arbitrarily.

Shipping Policies

We reserve the right to select the shipping method according to each order size and destination.

Shipping in the USA
Whithin the USA, we normally use First Class and Priority Mail delivery, both with Delivery Confirmation service.
Customers may request their order is sent using insurance at their own cost, immediately after the order is placed or simply saying so in the notes section of the order. Additional charges will apply.
Even though USPS is a generally reliable service, orders are sent without insurance at the sole risk of the customer. Audace's responsibility is limited to provide an official proof of delivery.
